I could never have taken 1st place in my first time competing without the guidance and training of Usama. His focus on the details of my diet and his consistent motivation carried me through an extremely challenging pre-contest season.

I've been competing in fitness and figure, on and off for about 5 years. For the most part, I trained both on my own and I worked with various trainers for short periods of time. I had very limited success as I was never able to make the significant changes that my physique required. I dieted and trained hard, but no matter what I did,  I always came in too thin and was unable to hold onto any of my hard earned muscle.  

I made a decision that if I was going to continue to compete,  I would need professional assistance with nutrition and training.  I did some research on nutritionists and trainers available in the San Francisco Bay Area and decided seek the help of Usama Farage.

We started together in October 2006 and I have never regretted it!  My physique has changed significantly and I am thrilled to say I have placed 1st or 2nd, in all shows since I have been training with Usama. Usama has been a great source of knowledge and support.. no matter what the situation, Usama has a smile on his face and an answer for anything! He has also become a great friend to me, one I can count on... and I appreciate him more than words can say!  

If any of you ladies are considering working with Usama, be ready to work hard,  have some great laughs and have lots of success!
